Contract Conditions

• This contract is not guaranteed until a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is applied to the reservation.

FULL PAYMENT is required 14 days prior to the reservation date, by any financial means, with exception of the gratuity. Gratuity may be paid in cash on termination of the charter or prepaid. No exceptions unless previously agreed by Caz Limo, Inc., and noted on this contract. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of service without harm to Caz Limo, Inc. The contract signer accepts full responsibility for all contract conditions of all passengers. Caz Limo is not liable for lost articles during or after the reservation.

NO REFUNDS are given for cancellations. Gift certificates are non-refundable. One gift certificate allowed per reservation. A $25.00 administration fee is charged for return checks. After 30 days, returned checks will be placed in collection.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY CAZ LIMO VEHICLE.

CONTRABAND - Caz Limo will refuse to transport anyone in possession of a weapon or illegal substance. Authorities may be contacted.

ALCOHOL – Guests of legal age only may bring aboard alcohol with permission of Caz Limo. If alcohol is found with under aged passengers, it will be confiscated and not returned. Any alcohol related problems by guests of any age might result in the termination of the service with no refund on the total charter. The chauffeur may contact authorities if the problem is considered serious. Caz Limo is not responsible for injuries to guests whose injury is related to alcohol use, whether consumed prior to, during, or after the reservation.

• LANGUAGE – profanity is not tolerated in or around the Caz Limo vehicles.

• NOISE LEVEL – The chauffeur may ask guests to lower audio sound levels or excessive noise by guests. Failure to comply may cause the service to be terminated without refund.  

CLEANING CHARGE – Extra charge may be imposed for excessive mess. Vomit is an automatic $200.00 per person charge anywhere inside the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.

DAMAGE – The person who signs the contract will be responsible for all guest damages. Damages will be charged at 125% of repair cost. The contract signer is responsible to inspect the vehicle chartered prior to departure to determine any previous damages. No shoes are allowed on the upholstery or bar areas. Gum, food or drink spills will be charged for cleaning.

• FOOD – Permission must be granted to bring aboard any food. The chauffeur may refuse some types of food that may cause stains or cleaning problems. No coolers allowed inside vehicles, they must be located in trunk or storage areas only. No leaky coolers allowed.

• GLASSWARE - All limousine glassware must remain in the limousine. Broken glassware is charged to your account.

• WINDOWS AND SUNROOFS – the chauffeur controls sunroofs and dividers. No leaning out windows or shouting or throwing objects from windows. Violation may terminate the contract with no refunds. The chauffeur reserves the right to open or close divider or sunroofs.

• DRESS CODE – Proper attire is expected at all times. No golf shoes allowed in vehicles. 

• CAZ LIMO CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancellation by Caz Limo due to weather, mechanical or driver causes will be limited to the amount of the remaining charter only if Caz Limo was not able to complete the reservation.

Furthermore, in the event of mechanical failure of a chartered vehicle at time of service, Caz Limo reserves the right to substitute another vehicle of comparable quality to the one reserved at our discretion.

Caz Limo will not be responsible for lodging or meals as a result of vehicle delays or cancellations.

• SEATING – Seating is essential at all times while in motion. Caz Limo is not responsible for injuries to guests who are not seated during transit. 

• PASSENGER COUNT – Contract signer or a designated group leader is responsible for all passenger count and passenger integrity to abide by the Caz Limo rules. 

ROAD AND HAZARD'S – Caz Limo or it's chauffeurs will decide if conditions are safe to proceed for passenger or vehicle safety reasons. Driveways or roads with low branches, which will cause vehicle damage, will be avoided.
