What is your cancellation charter policy?We understand the sometimes you have to cancel your charter because of unplanned circumstances. We allow you to cancel at anytime however you will forfeit your deposit. If it's within 10 days of the trip you may forfeit a larger or the full amount if we are not able to re-book that vehicle.
How and when do I pay for my charter?A minimum deposit of $250.00 and up to 25% percent of the total price quote is required to reserve a charter. The remaining is due 10 days prior to the time your charter trip begins.
Where do I get picked up if I am going on a Motorcoach Tour?Each tour will have the available pick-up locations and times listed on the trip. You must be there promptly or you will risk being left behind and there will be no refund if you do not make it to the pickup location on time.
Can I bring food and drink on a Motorcoach Trip?You may bring your own food and drink but alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on any of our coaches. We respecifically ask that food trash and messes are kept in check to keep the vehicle as clean as possible. Personal food and beverage must be able to store under the coach seats or in the overhead luggage compartments. No obstructions to pathways are allowed per DOT laws. No leaky containers or coolers are allowed. Larger coolers or food supplies must be stored in lower luggage compartments.
How do I purchase tickets on your trips?All of our Motorcoach trips will be listed on our upcoming trips page where you can purchase them securely online with your major credit card. You may also call during office hours and reserve over the phone.
Should I tip my Limo driver and if so, how much?Tipping is expected by the limousine drivers and is always appreciated for the service. Typically our Limo drivers receive about $10.00 per hour tips for their service. If your service was exceptional you are welcome to tip more.
